Lizeth harbors a deep-rooted passion for supporting veterans, an advocacy that shines brightly in her role as a correspondent. She keenly focuses on the critical issues that affect veterans today, with a particular emphasis on the alarming rates of veteran suicide and the vital importance of prevention efforts. Lizeth’s dedication to this cause through the American Veterans Ball platform is evident in her efforts to bring these issues to the forefront of public consciousness, using her platform to amplify the voices of those who have served and the challenges they face upon returning to civilian life. Her work seeks not only to highlight the urgent need for comprehensive mental health support and services for veterans but also to break down the stigma surrounding mental health discussions within the veteran community. Through her reporting and advocacy, Lizeth aims to understand better the sacrifices veterans have made, the burdens they carry, and the collective responsibility to support them in their journey toward healing and integration into society. Her commitment to veteran issues underscores a profound respect for their service and a heartfelt determination to contribute to meaningful change.
In addition to Lizeth’s passion for veterans, she is a Master Permanent Makeup Artist, Board-Certified Licensed Instructor, Beauty Correspondent, Philanthropist, and Advisory Board Member of We Will Survive Cancer 501(c)3 Charitable organization. She owns Epic Beauty Rx and Greater Washington Academy of Permanent Makeup. At Epic Beauty, she restores beauty for breast cancer survivors and provides beauty enhancement treatments and procedures. Lizeth is a licensed and board-certified Master Permanent Makeup Tattoo Artist and Instructor. She loves teaching others the art of Master Permanent Paramedical Tattooing. She is a philanthropist and entrepreneur passionate about empowering through beauty, most importantly, inner beauty. Also known for her dynamic presence, she takes the stage as the Red Carpet Host for numerous prestigious events across Washington, DC. Adding a fresh flair to her talents, she recently launched Lizeth Interviews with Zest, showcasing her passion for engaging conversations.
For as long as she can remember, Lizeth has been completely drawn to women’s fashion, beauty, and helping others – in fact, she first got her start doing backstage hair and makeup as a high school student, even though her college years provided hair and makeup for fashion shows and bridal parties. Lizeth holds a BA in Public Relations/Communication from George Mason University. She first established her career in the Finance and Derivatives Industry, moving on to Vice President of Corporate Business Development at PNC Bank. Even while her career took off, she remained active in the Beauty industry by continually working on her craft and training under well-renowned Master Artists, adding to her certifications.
Lizeth’s passion for beauty and philanthropy inspired Epic Beauty Rx’s mission. As an expert in Eyelash Extension and a Master’s in Permanent Makeup Artistry, with over a decade of experience and a Master’s in Permanent Makeup Artistry. Lizeth’s modern style of enhancing beauty is transformative and alluring. Lizeth feels incredibly blessed to be able to utilize her artistic skills to help restore confidence in both women and men who have undergone a mastectomy and other breast surgeries. She offers 3-dimensional Areola Nipple Tattooing for breast cancer survivors. Lizeth’s experience and working with various plastic surgeons enable her to address minor and medical beauty needs alike, and she continues to be the ‘go to’ person to help in the final stages for many looking to feel happy and whole again.

She is featured as a Beauty Expert on the TOP Doctors Interviews and seen on CNN Headline News, MSNBC, Oprah Winfrey Network, BRAVO, and other networks. She was also awarded Best in Brows by Northern Virginia Magazine 2020 Best Of NoVA. Copa Style Magazine awarded Lizeth as Top Permanent Makeup Artist & Paramedical Tattooing.
