Founder, philanthropist, and humanitarian Ozzy Ramos is a native New Yorker and of Puerto Rican descent. His philanthropic heart to make a difference comes from his life experience and quest for making a difference in every good endeavor. Ozzy served his country faithfully for over 20 years with the United States Marine Corps as a Special Staff Officer where he attained the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 3. In his most notable career billet he served as a Special Staff Officer and Program Coordinator for the Presidential Support program where he directed, coordinated, and managed all security personnel activities for Marines providing direct support, protection, and security to the President of the United States, First Lady, and the First Family. His protective duties covered the security at Camp David, the White House Communication Agency, Marine Barracks 8th & I, and the U. S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD.

Since his retirement in 2005, Ozzy owns and operates a Background Investigative Firm called C U CLEAR.  He has performed Personnel Security Investigations under contract as a Special Background Investigator and is currently credentialed with the Department of Homeland Security, U. S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement, U. S. Customs & Border Protection, National Security Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, Department of Defense, and as a Fraud Prevention Inspector under the Department of Health & Human Services for the Center of Medicare & Medicaid Services. Ozzy is also the Founder of Home of Miracles & Embraces, Inc., a Youth Leadership & Development organization.  Guided by FAITH and not by sight, coupled by his ethical and moral compass. He has a great appreciation for life and is commonly known to wear his heart on his sleeves when it comes to his passions for youth, veterans, and the greater good of our society. As a Marine Officer he enforced national policy, as an entrepreneur his purpose is to connect his work to GOD’s work.
